For Dragon's Den fans, there is a special episode this Thursday (usual time), following up with a selection of entrepreneurs who pitched their ideas to the dragons this series.

In recent days and weeks I've noticed a new trend of having people visiting your site make comments - the holy grail of any White Hat website publisher is unique content. What could be better than having visitors create (or at least help to create) that content!

Now, Paypal have got their act together when it comes to UK sellers - they know the Law of this land prevents them from issuing any sort of refund to a buyer, without the express approval of the Seller/Paypal Account Holder. How I wish Clickbank would wise up.

I suspect that most of the readers of this Blog will be aware of “Text Link Ads” - it’s a service set up to bring advertisers and site owners together. Though I have not used Text Link Ads on this blog, I have been using it for a few months on a couple of sites.

No-one is saying or implying that you have to bend over backward to please every reader, as that is patently impossible. But at least treat readers with a bit of respect - that way, they have no reason to leave.

Just logged in to my Adsense account to see that one of my referrals has "converted", earning me a nice easy $100

Out of the 10 or so nominees, I came second, winning myself $50, and an entry into the quarterly competition where the prizes are stuff like ipods, laptops etc. Cool!
