It's a simple PHP file - all you need to do is upload it to the webhosting where you are thinking of installing the 5starred Top List script, then open it in a browser. It'll tell you exactly what modules you can use, and what you cannot use.

Once you've determined if the Full Script is going to work or not, then you will be able to make a decision as to whether you want to use the FREE Top List Script or the PRO Top List Script.
