Good Customer
We've all got stories about horrible customer experiences - so I thought I'd post one from the other side of the coin.
I sold one of my digital products to this guy a few months ago - about a month after that, he emailed me to say he'd lost his download link. I was, of course, happy to replace it for him.
Today, I recieved another payment from the same guy, for the same item, along with this email…
(I actually paid for them a few months ago, but lost them .. you gave me the download again, but thought I’d pay again this time to teach me to back important things up!!)
If only all customers were the same… ![]()

I've never known a customer to do that. Fair play to him.
