I've been using cloaked redirects for ages - manually updating a file on one of my websites on which I can place links that I want `secret`. My way is pretty good, as it's a simple redirect script which works flawlessly well.

With the release of Affiliate Project X (oh look, one of my redirects!), a chapter of the eBook is devoted to cloaking aff links to keep them away from prying eyes. So, I decided to get my programmer to write up a routine to automate what I was doing by hand.

And now I have decided to sell it. Hopefully, it'll make me a small amount of change each month, perhaps 3 or 4 sales? I decided to sell it along with Resell Rights and Master Resell Rights for every buyer - hopefully this'll be enough to see the tool out there in use by many people. I may have shot myself in the foot by doing it that way, but we'll see.

There are other benefits to the script - because the `redirect file` is stored on your own website, you are not relying on 3rd party scripts/sites such as `tinyurl.com` - what this means is that you have full flexibility to update the script as and when you see fit. Say an affiliate that you are pushing changes from clickbank to paydotcom, you only need to update the on `redirect file` to change every link of yours no matter where on the Internet they are!

Of course, you'll need to be able to run the tool on Windows (sorry Mac people), and have access to a PHP hosting account for the `redirect file`.
