So close to being the perfect AIS day
Today, I updated my spreadsheet and can see that two days ago (Tuesday) was close to being my first ever perfect AIS day. What do I mean by that?
Broadly speaking, I have 6 AIS streams;
- Adsense
- Sales of eBooks
- Sales of Website Templates
- Sales of other scripts and software
- Affiliate Commissions
- Other (eg, text-link-ads, license sales and such)
Within each of those main streams are sub-streams, for example within stream #3 I sell templates via a number of websites for a number of different pieces of software…
I have never once managed to get all 6 main streams earning in the same day. I've often had 3 or 4, but have failed to get all 6…
Until I checked my stats for two days ago:
- Yes! Adsense is an everyday occurence
- Yes! I recently started to get into eBooks once again
- Yes! Template sales do fairly well, not a sale every day, but possibly every 3 days or so.
- Yes! I sold a piece of software which I created.
- Yes! I made a small affiliate commission
- Yes! I sold a license to one of my products
Holy moly! I've done it - the holy grail of my system — get all 6 income streams working in harmony with each other. And then I remembered…
The peice of software that I sold was that fraudulent buyer who tried to purchase for 1 cent. Darn. So, as of yet, I still have not made all six…so this is my new aim.
For what it's worth, here's my stream results since the 1st of this month;
1st to the 7th — 4,3,4,3,3,2,4
8th to the 14th — 3,2,3,4,3,3,2
15th to the 21st — 4,2,2,3,3,3,1
22nd to the 28th — 3,4,2,1,5,4,5
I'm not quite sure what value this information brings to those who read the blog, possibly that it is good to try to bring in as many streams as possible on a daily basis. After all, why put all your eggs into 1 basket ?

Your day will come! You are lucky, I've just started in this AIS game!

I don't know…. someone once wrote "put all you eggs in one basket, then gaurd that basket very closely!"
Actualy I think in the AIS game you are absolutely correct. I've heard of many people staking it all on a certain idea, then Google (or whoever) changes the rules.
I certainly plan on having morean one revenue stream. I hate having a job account for 100% of my personal revenue. Too risky and dependent. Less than a month and I'm out of that game!
yay!

Yet another close one! Yesterday (28/09) was another day with 5 of 6 streams complete! Again I missed out on #4. So that is twice that I have had 5 in the past few days.
What pleases me is that each stream is contributing regularly - across a number of blogs that I read I see posts about how adsense is declining and so on. Now is the time to create income streams to work in conjunction with the pocket money from adsense…
Yesterday, the average amount per income stream was $23. OK, so no great shakes, but multiply that figure by 5 and you have a living wage! Do that each and every day and you can see the possibilities that multiple income streams bring.
I urge any readers who are experiencing "adsense blues" to at least take a look at that eBook. By following the methods, you could have a new income stream up and running post-haste.
