Well, not really.  A bunch of people were put up for voting on one of the Keyword Avalanche Forum, and the votes were for the member with the most informative/helpful posts over the past week or so.
Out of the 10 or so nominees, I came second, winning myself $50, and an entry into the quarterly competition where the prizes are stuff like ipods, laptops etc.  Cool!

Instead of taking the $50 prize, I asked them to donate it to a Cancer Chaity as that's something close to my heart.   Pretty pleased that my peers voted me in 2nd though, cheers guys'n'gals.

This weekly competition is now a standard feature of the Keyword Avalanche forum, and it's not all about quantity of posts, but quality.  So if you were umming and aahing about joining, now you have the opportunity to join, share your thoughts and win cash.
