The basic premise was the sale of 1 million pixels on a webpage, at a cost of $1 per pixel. Thus netting Alex Tew $1,000,000 - incredibly they all sold.

A company in Holland is now offering pretty much the same idea, but instead of it being on the web, it'll be on their premises, see this link. I'm not sure if this is a hoax or not, what do you think.

I thought this was an interesting evolution in a fad money making scheme - will it take off? Who knows. I was surprised that the original Million Dollar Home Page did so well…
