Well, that was quite easy!
Changing from Blogger to WP was relatively easy. I need to do some work on both the functionality of the new site and obviously the layout. But as far as I can see, everything seems to be working OK!

Burt,
Changing a theme is quite easy. I put together a photoshop file and a tutorial that steps you right through it. It is just for changing the basic theme but it is quick and easy.

I have never used blogger and dabbled with Movable Type and some others but found WordPress to be really easy to use.
I always like to see what you have to say. Real world information.
Thanks
Terral

Glad the transition went well.
You've probably already found them, but here a few of my favourite places for themes:
http://www.alexking.org/software/wordpress/theme_browser.php
http://themes.wordpress.net/
http://www.emilyrobbins.com/how-to-blog/comprehensive-list-of-615-free-wordpress-15-and-20-themes-templates-available-for-download-266.htm
and then of course, theres the truly lovely Squible that I use on my blog:

Good luck with Wordpress - it's infinitely better than blogger (imo of course).
