All 7 Income Streams into the pot

For only the third time in the 4 or 5 years that I've been into "making money online", yesterday all 7 of my broad Income Streams contributed something to the pot!

  • Adsense 3.45%
  • eBooks 8.49%
  • Templates 5.94%
  • Affiliate Commissions 9.68%
  • Script Sales 58.08%
  • Subscriptions 5.09%
  • Other 9.26%

I'm really pleased about this, as it's not often that this happens.

As you can see, the vast majority of my income comes from products that I sell - scripts, templates and eBooks came in with a grand total of 72.51% of my earnings yesterday.  Automated Income Streams are beautiful :)

You can see that Adsense is quite low these days - which I believe is a good thing.  Subscriptions are not a part of my AIS as these entail quite a bit of work each month, but it's nice to receive payments throughout the month from subscribers.

Hopefully, this post has opened your eyes - are you still making a few dollars via Adsense and Affiliate Marketing?  Why don't you try selling your own product?

Are you still actively developing adsense sites, affiliate sites, etc or are these sites you set up previously and you just let them run AIS fashion while focusing on other things?

Creating and selling products definitely looks like the way to go *cough*cough* :)

JC, I haven't made an Adsenser of an Aff site for a very long time. Products is where it's at, and I know a great place to do Digital Product Delivery from ;)

I can't knock adsense - although advertising now contributes a fair bit, I just missed my first $1k month last month on adsense. On target to get it this month. Two sites do 90% of it.

Just don't have the time to broaden into products at the mo so I just tweak the adsense stuff as and when I get a few minutes. More advertising is the next priority here….

Adsense is still the majority of my income. I'm trying to move towards affiliate sales more, but I still live off Adsense..

Dave J - always good to broaden the horizons.
Sea Monsters - yikes. Get your own product to sell, it's the only way to make proper money and not beholden to someone else.
