Boo Hoo Hoo. Cry baby website developer

I run one of my websites that gives away a free product via an Aweber auto-responder.  It's easier for me to manage as I don't need to send out the freebie by email and it means I can send updates and what-not.

I sometimes get comments like this;

Don't need more worthless spam.  I guess we'll see if my email address is still on a mailing list somewhere.

What a sap. The `worthless spam` was a message to let him know where he can download the freebie from.

With people like this, I am sorely tempted to sign up their email address to a load of spam-haus sites, but that wouldn't be quite right, eh?

I then went on to check the whois, and it seems that the domain is registered to a website developer.  I shall be watching with interest to see if the developer installs the freebie on any of his client sites (making it not a freebie any more).

    I still don't understand people like that.
    It seems that with some people, the more you give them, the less thankful they are. It's not like he was forced to download it.

    If he took the trouble to reply personally, I'd have thought he'd have read the message and remembered what it was about. Could he have hooked an autoresponder to his spam filter in some way?

    Some people are just idiots.
    And that's putting it nicely.

    Did he have a yahoo email address. I have noticed that when aweber sends out a message to a yahoo email address it takes around an hour. Maybe since he did not receive immediately and saw it the next he forgot that he had filled in the autorespondeur form.
